I architected the Project Visualiser backend and co-built the survey-to-handover operations platform, alongside Frappe CRM, communication and payment integrations, and product-aware AI workflows.
I owned the OCPP server for 20k+ charge points worldwide, architected an operator aggregator, and built backend modules for a platform serving 10+ Fortune 500 clients.
Made EV charging testable without a physical charger by building an OCPP-compliant simulator.
I built a server-side encryption and decryption app for text, files, and media. I later revisited that project as the browser-local CipherDesk app.
A little recognition along the way: Standout Performer & Milestone Award.
03 / SKILLS WITH PROJECT CONTEXT
Backend-first, full-stack delivery: system design, interfaces, testing, integrations, AI, and access control. These tools span my roles, freelance builds, and independent products.
My strongest area is backend engineering: APIs, data models, and workflow rules with Node.js, TypeScript, Fastify, and Express. At GreenFortune, I work with PostgreSQL and Drizzle, typed API contracts, and Frappe-based business workflows. My languages also include JavaScript and Python.

04 / THE HUMAN BEHIND THE COMMITS
A LITTLE MORE HUMAN.I'm a full-stack developer in Hyderabad. Backend systems are my strongest ground, but I like following a problem all the way to something someone can actually use.
Rolecall started with my own job search, and with friends looking for their next opportunity. I wanted a clearer way for us, and others in the same position, to find roles straight from company career pages.
Agrithm began closer to home: a friend's father was managing farm records on paper. I built a product around that problem, connecting attendance, wages, and payments rather than digitizing one form in isolation.
I have a strong appetite for technology and a habit of building. Trying a new tool is interesting; finding out where it helps, where it breaks, and whether it solves the original problem is what keeps me involved. Stratum and CipherDesk are other expressions of that curiosity.
That carries into my team work, too. At GreenFortune and previously Numocity, I've worked on operational workflows, EV charging, integrations, and production incidents. I value clear code reviews, useful tests, and being someone others can rely on when a system needs attention.

PEOPLE WHO KNOW MY WORK
From teams I've shipped with to mentors I've learned from.
He is a talented, diligent engineer with a great work ethic - one of the best technical people I've worked with.
I've known Aadarsh since the time of his recruitment at Numocity. He is a talented, diligent engineer with a great work ethic - one of the best technical people I've worked with. We designed advanced features for our SaaS platform, spanning the OCPP standard, cybersecurity, performance-optimization and reliability. Aadarsh easily scales to tackle the problem at hand. Some of the issues required advanced algorithms, which he handled to the highest quality levels. He strives to understand anything he does. For instance, we have a stringent metric of 100% code coverage. Aadarsh not only achieves that, but strives for meaningful, well-documented tests.
He is also a great mentor to his juniors - well respected in multiple groups.
It has been a privilege for me to work with Aadarsh. I would recommend him any day without hesitation.
He took ownership of problems end to end and delivered work that had a direct business impact.
I managed Aadarsh at GreenFortune, where he worked as an SDE 2, and he was one of the strongest engineers on the team. He took ownership of problems end to end and delivered work that had a direct business impact.
Aadarsh architected the Project Visualiser backend from scratch, including RBAC and data scoping. It became a key selling point in our fundraising. He co-built OpsGate, which automates our order lifecycle from survey to handover. He also replaced Freshworks with an in-house Frappe CRM, which significantly cut our SaaS costs.
He integrated Exotel calling across the CRM and OpsGate, which helped the sales team reach and win significantly more customers. He connected the two systems with SSO and automatic product creation when a lead is won. He also shipped a Claude-powered AI assistant for the customer dashboard, built voice-to-text transcription and automated quotation summaries for sales, and implemented PayU payment integration for end-to-end transaction tracking.
Aadarsh writes clean, reliable, well-tested code. He set up Jest and Testcontainers testing with 100% backend coverage and generated typed API contracts that kept the frontend and backend in sync. He also built robust email, call, SMS, and WhatsApp integrations and automated Jira ticket creation using AWS Lambda and Terraform.
Beyond his technical skills, Aadarsh is a great teammate. He mentored other engineers through thoughtful code reviews and helped establish engineering best practices. He is dependable, proactive, and quick to learn.
I would gladly recommend Aadarsh to any team looking for a skilled and driven engineer.
Three things make Aadarsh a standout talent: his consistency, his genuine curiosity, and his ability to learn quickly.
During Aadarsh's internship at Avysh, we worked together on a data encryption/decryption project. He did a fantastic job with the full stack, handling the backend logic in Node.js and SQL while putting together a sharp front-end with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. He wasn't just executing tasks; he was actively contributing to the solution.

FIXES & DEMO WALKTHROUGHS
The sender validation and completion-hook gaps I found while repairing operational emails at GreenFortune.
A walkthrough of the EV demo: disconnect at 1 kWh, reach 3 locally, then reconcile without adding the cumulative readings together.
How I tied Agrithm's attendance and payment permissions to a farm membership rather than a role name alone.
Stratum once missed tag-only resource changes. I fixed the comparison before relying on those records as evidence for answers.
AFTER HOURS / ALL WORK & A LITTLE PLAY
This portfolio is a build you can explore, too. Navigate with the keyboard, switch themes, or try a backend failure scenario below. The arcade is just for fun.
Curiosity encouraged.SEPARATE FROM THE WORK STORIES
Six browser demos with fictional data.
No live company systems or provider calls.
THE SYSTEMS LAB
Delay a unit, disconnect a charger, or retry a request. Watch the counters and event logs change. These browser models do not connect to the work systems described above.
DEMO-ORDER-001 / THREE FICTIONAL UNITS
Move three fictional units from survey to handover. Delay Unit B, then check what can advance and what still blocks handover.
Start with shared requirements. The fictional order contains three units, each with its own progress.
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
The delay control becomes available during production, before unit B is built.
| Unit | Progress |
|---|---|
| Unit A | Waiting for production |
| Unit B | Waiting for production |
| Unit C | Waiting for production |
What this demo checksOther units can progress while Unit B is delayed. Handover stays blocked until all three are installed.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
A simplified teaching model using fictional data, not a production workflow or permissions model.
DEMO-EV-001 / A FICTIONAL CHARGING SESSION
Connect a charger and authorize a driver. Disconnect it while charging, then compare the local meter with the energy recorded by the platform.
A charger needs a conversation with the platform before this demo can authorize a session.
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
Manual steps only. Up to 3 kWh of fictional energy; no timer, real charger, or payment service.
What this demo checksReconnecting applies buffered readings. Replaying a reading does not add energy twice, and repeating settlement does not create another invoice.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
OCPP 1.6-style message names, not a protocol implementation. This demo assumes local charging can continue during a connection outage; actual charger behavior and billing rules vary.
AGRITHM / FICTIONAL FARMS & WORKERS
Change the demo role, switch farms, and see which requests can read or change a workforce record.
The actions stay clickable so you can see a denial. Choose Supervisor for attendance, Accountant for payments, or Viewer for read-only access.
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
Each write represents the same fictional day or payment. Repeating it does not create another record. Switching context clears the visible result.
No records loaded. Send a request to evaluate the current identity, farm, and role.
What this demo checksA Supervisor can mark attendance in Farm A but cannot access Farm B. An Accountant can record payments, but a Viewer cannot.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
A client-side teaching model, not authentication or an API. Real authorization belongs on the server. The roles illustrate a small subset of Agrithm's farm permissions; every identity, worker, day, and payment here is fictional.
STRATUM / SAMPLE CLOUD WORKSPACE
Ask a question about a fictional cloud estate. This teaching demo pairs supported answers with their records and declines questions beyond its data.
Pick a question, then ask. Switch to a private workspace or expire the session to see why nothing is returned, and why sample data is never substituted.
“Which team spent the most this month?”
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
Answers here are fixed, fictional examples, not a model call. Real Stratum retrieves sources through an AI agent and read-only tools; sources help you check a claim, not guarantee it. Changing context clears the visible result.
No answer yet. Ask a question to search the current workspace.
What this demo checksSupported answers link to sample records. Questions outside that data return no answer; a private workspace does not fall back to sample data.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
A client-side teaching model, not authentication or an AI call. Real authorization and retrieval happen on the server. Every workspace, record, and total here is fictional. The live Stratum beta requires an invited account, uses sample workspaces, and has shared AI quotas; free hosting may take time to wake up. Its optional private Azure pilot is separate, not a verified live subscription demo.
CIPHERDESK / A BROWSER-LOCAL EXPERIMENT
Encrypt a sample, recover it, then change one byte. Authenticated encryption should detect a changed message instead of returning believable garbage.
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
Ciphertext + tag / Base64 encoding
Encrypt a sample to create ciphertext.
Verified plaintext
The engineering ideaBase64 is only an encoding. AES-GCM encrypts the bytes and checks their integrity before releasing plaintext.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
A text-only AES-GCM teaching demo alongside CipherDesk, the evolution of my Avysh internship project. The hosted app supports text and files with password-based AES or hybrid RSA; this smaller lab uses disposable in-memory keys. Nothing is saved or sent to a server. Reset, editing, or reloading discards the current demo key; this is not a password manager, file vault, or key-backup tool. HTTPS or localhost is required.
COMMUNICATION INTEGRATIONS / SIMULATED PROVIDERS
Email: Brevo. Calls: Exotel, Smartflo, Plivo. SMS: MSG91, 2Factor. WhatsApp: AiSensy. Queue a request, submit it to a simulated provider, then apply a receipt. Retry either step to see what changes.
Changing the channel or provider starts a fresh demo. No real recipient details or credentials are needed.
One business event. One fictional recipient. Choose a channel and provider, then put the request in the demo queue.
You control the clock.
Nothing runs automatically. Take one step, watch what changes, then try a complication.
DEMO-NOTICE-001 / fictional recipient
What this demo checksAcceptance leaves the request waiting for a receipt. Retrying an accepted send or replaying its receipt does not create a second completion.
A timeout is different from an explicit rejection: the provider may already have accepted the request. Real integrations need reconciliation and provider-specific idempotency before retrying or switching vendors.
No events yet. Start the demo to leave a trail.
A shared teaching model inspired by the integration experience, not vendor SDKs, payloads, or production guarantees. All responses and receipts are simulated; no email, SMS, WhatsApp message, or call is sent. Real systems also require consent, approved templates where applicable, authenticated webhooks, and provider-specific retry policies. Call completion is not proof of a human response, and delivery is not proof that a message was read.
